This hotel is located in a good part of town. You have near by restaurants and fun activities. The hotel staff was polite. The room was clean no odor. I enjoyed my stay. Oh and they had a Starbucks that made that was the icing on the cake for me, lol. My only recommendation would be update the bathroom in 103 - near the shower the board is severely chipped. With an updated toilet this would be a 5 star room.

The staff is outstanding and super helpful but the hotel itself was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was hot, just as the hallways and elevator were, and the A/C in the room was an old window unit type that is not suited to satisfactorily cool a room of this size. It took hours to cool the room down to a comfortable temp. If you want to sit outside in the “Courtyard” it is completely neglected/not maintained-just a bunch of chairs strewn about and the card scanners at the doors to get you back in don’t work except for one, so you can only come back in using one specific door. The mini fridge in the room didn’t work. There were stains in the carpet. The shower doors were cloudy as if not cleaned in ages. The sheets had a perfume/cologne scent like they’d been slept in already and maybe not changed. It was not the smell of detergent or clean sheets. Partially my fault for not reading the fine print on the rest that bothered me but this hotel doesn’t offer a free breakfast or the evening social that most hotels have again on some weekdays with complementary food/wine. Not even a microwave in your room. There’s a microwave in the market that was smelly and disgusting with food caked all inside of it. These things are pretty standard now and I won’t forget again to read all the hotel details before I decide on a hotel. They didn’t even bother to update the TV to show my name when I turned it on. It said “hello Floyd”. Seriously, you’re not welcome here and can probably get more for your money at any other hotel in town.

At first glance the place seems nice. The common areas are well decorated and there’s a coffee shop/small bar in the lobby. From there, the rooms are decent.. The desk area has a nesting rollaway table which is convenient, and is probably the only good thing to note. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable, the nights/mornings are filled with sounds of loud cars (not the hotel’s fault but request a room on the opposite side of the interstate), the toilet was leaking at the bottom, and you’ll most likely be wrestling the comforter all night since it’s the type that has flat sheets sandwiched around a blanket.. Every staff member we spoke to had great customer service and was personable. It’s a decent hotel for the price, so you undeniably get what you pay for.
